Watercombe House is a stunning Grade II Listed Regency farmhouse nestled in its own private valley in the Cotswold Hills. Watercombe offers peace, seclusion and a taste of grand country living.  It is a truly enchanting house, transporting you back into a bygone age yet with present day luxury and comfort. 

The setting is totally private, the house cannot be seen from any road or other house, and no road noise can be heard from the gardens.  It is a hidden gem.

Watercombe House sleeps 10 + cot and is perfect for family holidays, reunions or a special celebration break (please note we do not accommodate weddings or groups of more than 10 adults).

There are five large double bedrooms  and four bathrooms. Outside there is a croquet lawn and a terrace for relaxing or dining. 

In 2003 the house was extensively restored retaining the period features. The kitchen and bathrooms were fitted to the very highest standards with custom made limestone showers.  The house is stylishly yet comfortably furnished, and has a drawing room and sitting room (both with working fireplaces), a dining room (table seats 12) with a grand piano, a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga, a pantry, utility room and boot room for those muddy wellies.
